“ I’ve eaten a lot of #indianfood over the years and it’s one of my favourite cuisines. However, the dishes here in Australia are very different to what I’d tried in India in 1986. It’s much like how we cook Chinese food is so different to what I tried in 1985 and 1989 in Beijing / Guangzhou / Hong Kong. However, that’s not a downside at all. From the time we were seated to food on the table was 15 minutes - pretty good for a busy Saturday night.
